Ginger root is an extremely versatile herb and is known for its ability to ease gastric discomfort. Turmeric is a spice Native to Southeast Asia known for its use in Ayurveda wellness practices.  It is a powerful antioxidant due to Curcumin which makes it beneficial in reducing inflammation.

DOSING: Adults 1-2 teaspoons daily
